This is a new directive of the head of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, demanded from the traffic police officers not to stop drivers for no reason. The chief policeman of the country is outraged by the notion of “aimless stop”, which is so common on our roads. According to Kolokoltsev, an algorithm or scenario is needed, under what circumstances a traffic police officer can stop a car.
According to Mr. Kolokoltsev, it is necessary to completely exclude cases when the inspector goes to the cars with an imposing gait and answers the question “Why stopped?” - he answers: “Check out the documents!”. All these aimless actions negatively affect the image of all police officers. By the way, in Europe on the roads you will hardly see traffic police officers. And if they are, then only to help drivers.
The editors of uznayvse.ru wish everyone to be attentive, mutually polite and professional on the road. It is possible, believe me.
