The composition of the tissues of our body, their quality - healthy or sick - depends directly on the quality, chemical composition of the food eaten.
Food can be biologically complete, not causing the formation of pus in the body. These are all fresh berries, fruits and vegetables enriched with solar energy, which they fix, retain, concentrate in themselves in the process of photosynthesis. Their biochemical composition - carbohydrates, starches, vitamins, microelements.
All these components of food can not be allergens, since the true allergen, i.e. the product that causes the formation of antibodies is only foreign, animal protein, i.e. meat of animals and birds, milk proteins and proteins of chicken eggs. They are antigenic material, i.e. protein, similar, but not identical to the biochemical composition of proteins of the human body.
