How to cook lagman?

  • flour - 700 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs .;
  • olive oil - 80 ml;
  • water - 3 l;
  • soda - ½ tsp;
  • vinegar - a few drops.

This instruction will help you prepare the Uzbek lagman:

  1. Make a noodle dough. Mix the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt, add the olive oil and vinegar baking soda. Then begin to introduce flour, stirring it with a broom. You need to get the dough medium soft, which then leave for 15 minutes. Then roll it into a layer 3-5 mm thick and cut it into strips 5 mm wide.As a result, you get noodles. Cook it in salted water, rinse and leave in a colander.
  2. Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes, the meat into slices, and the onion and pepper into strips. Radish, carrot and cabbage chop grated. Put all these ingredients in the cauldron and start frying for 10-15 minutes. After that, fill the meat and vegetables with water, bring the sauce to a boil and cook for another 20 minutes. Be sure to salt and pepper it.
  3. Pour some boiled noodles with a small amount of boiling water, arrange it in plates and pour the ready gravy over the top. Laghman in Uzbek ready.

How to cook lagman in a slow cooker

To cook lagman in a slow cooker, you need the following ingredients:

  • meat - 700 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Celery root - 1 pc .;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • spices and salt to taste.

The process of cooking lagman in a slow cooker consists of the following steps:

  1. Cut the meat into medium pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the meat. Turn on the Fry mode and cook the meat for 30 minutes.
  2. Take onions, cut it into half rings, after clearing. Celery and carrot shred grated.When the meat is ready, add to it all the chopped vegetables and continue to fry. Cut potatoes and bell peppers into strips and send them to the slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients. Salt them and pepper. Fry another 10-15 minutes, and then fill with water, add tomato paste and set the mode of "Quenching" for 1.5 hours.
  3. Cook the lagman noodles in a saucepan until cooked. Squeeze the water from it, arrange in plates and pour the finished gravy.
