Not really ... although the exercise is extremely expensive in energy, but, probably, fat comes out only with sweat - as absurd as it sounds. At least, I did not manage to lose weight until I returned to the time-tested run in the mornings and boxing. However, swimmers are all thin, but you need to train for a long time and regularly (several times a week).
